Store Policies

We are a distributor linked directly with the factory in India. When you order, we connect you directly with our manufacturer. This cuts out middle men, saves us on overhead fees, inventory storage fees, and dual shipping and duty fees, which allows us to offer you the lowest possible prices anywhere.

PAYMENT:
To prevent fraud we require that your billing address match what is on file with your bank - the address where your monthly statement is mailed to. Otherwise we will require further information from you to verify your identity and validate the transaction.

SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer in India. Because of this your tracking number will only show a status on USPS.com after your order reaches the U.S. and enters the system. It is your responsibility to check your tracking status and be ready to receive your order. Any packages that are returned to the sender in India will be lost and we will not give refunds in such cases.

INSURANCE:
We provide unlimited insurance coverage on all shipments at no extra charge. This insurance covers loss and product damage. In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, any undelivered orders can be claimed for reimbursement 30 days after the ship date if your tracking number never shows any status on USPS.com. You will be given your choice of a free replacement shipped immediately or a full refund of your payment. If you receive any damaged items we can file an insurance claim immediately and reimburse you with refund or replacement upon receiving a photo from you of the damaged product(s) in the condition you received them. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, no exceptions. We take every precaution to avoid breakage during transit.
